Daniel "Dan" Meck

Mr. Daniel “Dan” Meck, age 56, of Cedartown passed away Friday, December 31, 2021.

Dan was born July 16,1965 in Akron, Ohio to Robert “Bob” Meck and Phyllis Marion Meck. He enjoyed his time outside either camping or fishing. In his younger years, he enjoyed cars and motorcycles and anything that would go fast. Dan enjoyed his career as a heating and air technician. He loved to cook and had a heart of gold.


He was preceded in death by his father Robert “Bob” Meck.

Survivors include his mother; Phyllis Meck; daughter, Amanda Gray and her husband Corey; sister, Karen Meck; brother, Jim Meck and his wife Su; his companion Cherrity Chambers; his grandchildren, Ari Guzman, Zoe Guzman, and Keira Guzman. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

No formal services are planned at this time due to COVID-19 a virtual service may be arranged in the near future.

He left us too soon, but for the loving arms of God.
