Mrs. Delma Smith Wilson of the Antioch Community, Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, 7 February 2022.

Mrs. Delma Wilson had lived in the Antioch community all her life. Mrs. Wilson was retired from Polk School District as a lunchroom employee. Mrs. Wilson enjoyed making sure all the children at Polk Middle School and Cedartown Middle School had plenty of eat. She was famous with the children for her homemade cinnamon rolls.

Mrs. Delma Wilson was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Franklin Wilson; her parents: Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Smith; brothers: Buster Smith, Jimmy Ray Smith, Carl Smith and Nathan Smith; sisters: Helen Stroop and Sara Wood and her beloved dog, Snoopy.

Mrs. Delma Wilson is survived by sister, Linda Womack, her children: Kathy Hunter, Paula Stanley and Susan Walley; grandchildren: Matthew Hunter (Treacy), Brett Hunter (Megan), Richard Stanley (Crystal) and Sara Stanley (Sierra); great-grandchildren: Isabella Hunter, Makena Stanley and Livie Hunter.

Graveside services will be held on 11 February at 1:00 PM at Polk Memory Gardens with Rev. Jerome Smith officiating.
