Esther Allen Brazier

Mrs. Esther Allen Brazier, age 78, of Cedartown passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020.

She was born May 23, 1941 in Rome, GA a daughter of the late Grady Allen and Alice Miller Allen. She was a graduate of Cedartown High class of 1959. She then when onto Floyd College, Shorter College, and Berry College where she received her Masters of Business Administration. After working several years in the business world, she decied to go back to school and become a nurse working at both Floyd and Redmond hospitals.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Greg Brazier; sister, Joyce Stubbs, and brothers James and Chesley Allen.

Mrs. Brazier is survived by her husband of 59 years, Andy Brazier; daughter, Amelia Ballard; grandchildren, Olen “peanut” Ridgeway, Sonny Ballard, and Jeanette Ballard; sisters, Mary Allen and Earline Gowens. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

The family will hold a private memorial service later.
