Ms. Ammie Twilley, age 47, of Cedartown passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Ammie was born in Rome, Georgia on May 12, 1979, daughter of Stevie Gene Twilley and Karma Jean Tate.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by Kenneth McClure, a father figure; her grandfathers, Steve Stansell, and Billy Twilley; maternal grandparents, Dorothy Jean Tate and James Ralph Tate; uncles, Thomas Twilley, James Barton, Steve Godrey, and Brian Bunch; and aunts, Robyn Godfrey, and Lynn Bunch.
Ammie loved her children. She was a kind soul that would do anything for anyone. She loved to read and enjoyed watching cooking shows. Ammie was a long time Alabama Fan and loved rooting for the Crimson Tide.
Ammie is survived by her children, Ethan and Ephraim Jones; sister, Autumn Twilley; mother, Karma Ward, stepmother, Exer McClure (Jackie), grandmothers, Emily Stansell, Pat Twilley; uncles, Rod Twilley (Amy), John Spratling, Scott Rampley, Paul Barton, Greg Tate (Carol), and Chad Twilley (Torrie); aunts, Sonija Barton, Becky Vaughn (Kenneth), Cindy Taylor (Mike); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
No formal services will be planned at this time.
