Mrs. Annie "Lucy" Lucille Anderson passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Fruithurst, Alabama, daughter of the late Zebbie Dee Williams and Addie Lee Jenkins Williams.

Mrs. Anderson retired from both Goodyear and HON, closing a fulfilling chapter of hard work and dedication. She found great joy in serving her church community and worshiping God. Gardening was one of her greatest passions—she lovingly tended to her plants and spent countless hours canning the vegetables she grew. She brought love and laughter to all who crossed her path. Above all, Mrs. Anderson deeply loved her family. She devoted her life to them wholeheartedly and lived in a way that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Anderson is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mr. Roy Anderson; son, Phillip Johnson; stepson, Curtis Anderson; brothers: Carl Williams, Johnny Williams, Bob Williams, Roy Williams, Arlin Williams, Marlin Williams, and Charles Williams; and sisters: Charlotte Cleveland, Emma Jean Disharoon, Ilene Strickland, Dessie Trussell, and Dicy Price.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by her children: Pat Carroll and her husband, Ron, Pammy Jackson and her husband, Hollis, Michael Johnson and his wife, Karen, and Ricky Hallman and his wife, Susan; step-daughters: Lisa Langford and Tanya Dean; grandchildren: Trey Jones, Josh Jones, Brandy Kay, Wesley Carroll, Jay Carroll, Crissie Trussell, Jacob Johnson, Duane Pullen, Ricky Hallman, Jr., Sarah Hayes, Dana Scott, Rocky Hayes, Carter Shelton, Cade Shelton, and Sydnee Shelton; brother, Lonzo Williams; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Friendly Baptist Church, with Reverend Randy Vines and Reverend Trey Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery, with Reverend Ron Carroll Officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Cade Shelton, Carter Shelton, Cristian Jones, Luke Jones, Josh Jones, Ricky Hallman, Jr., Randy Kay, Eric Trussell. 

Mrs. Anderson's family will receive friends also on Tuesday, at Friendly Baptist Church, from 12:00 PM until the service hour begins.
