Brenda Billingsley

Mrs. Brenda Folsom Billingsley, age 70, of Cedartown, GA passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at her residence.

She was born in Cedartown, GA on October 31, 1948, a daughter of the late L.C Folsom and the late Edna Wheeler Folsom. Mrs. Billingsley had lived all her life in Cedartown where she was a member of the Second Baptist Church and was retired from Highland Rivers. She touched many lives throughout her career. Brenda always had a love for others and an open door to her home.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Maxwell; and her brother, David Folsom.

Survivors include her daughter, April Sims; son, Eric Ingram; grandchildren: Demarieo Sims and Audria Sims; twin sister, Glenda Hopkins and her husband Alvin; and brother, Ricky Folsom and his wife Ann; several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

Services to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of the Smith & Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Carter officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 5:00 pm until the service hour at the funeral home.
