James "Jimbo" Guttery, Jr.

Mr. James “Jimbo” Guttery, Jr., age 58, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024.

Mr. Guttery was born September 14, 1965, in Rome, Georgia, son of the late James A. “Buddy Guttery, Sr. and Gloria Jean Guttery.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Guttery was preceded in death by a nephew, Christopher Pegg, and several aunts and uncles.

Mr. Guttery is survived by his children: Heather Guttery Jones, Jamey Guttery, Janna Guttery, and Aubrey Guttery; thirteen dearly loved grandchildren; and siblings: Melody Dowda and her husband, David, Marlette Pegg and her husband, John, Chris Guttery, and Randy Guttery and his wife, Pam.

Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024, at The Grace Place (Cedartown Church of God) in Cedartown, Georgia, at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Justin Grant and Donald Wayne Guttery officiating.
