Jesse Ray Baker

Mr. Jesse Ray Baker, age 37, passed away, Saturday, July 19, 2025.

Jesse was born August 11, 1987, in Lithia Springs, Georgia.

Jesse worked hard to build a successful career in the automotive industry. His dedication and work ethic led him to become a manager at Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia. He was a jokester by nature, and was known for his many pranks on friends and family.

Jesse was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was a natural caretaker — selfless, dependable, kind-hearted, and always willing to help others. Above all, Jesse was a devoted husband and father. He cherished every moment with his children, always putting their needs first. His presence will be missed in the lives of all who knew and loved him.

Jesse is survived by his loving wife, Summer, and their two beloved children, Vida and Liam Baker. He is also survived by his loving parents, Donald Baker and Thelma Baker; his siblings: Amy (Billy) Wallace, Jennifer (Sean) Matthews, Stephanie (Kevin) Simmons, and Meredith Lane; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A celebration of life service will take place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at Westview Baptist Church in Douglasville, officiated by Pastor Billy Wallace.
