Mr. Justin Michael Holtzclaw, 31, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Born in Rome, GA on June 3, 1994, he was the son of Shannon Sisson and Jerry “Jeremy” Holtzclaw, Jr.
Justin called Haralson County home for most of his life. He was known as a "good ole Felton boy," He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and all that nature had to offer. A talented mechanic, he took pride in his work. Justin was a valued member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Buchanan, where he formed lasting friendships and enjoyed being part of the community. Family meant everything to Justin. He loved his children and cherished every moment he spent with them. His presence, warmth, and infectious personality will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving mother, Shannon Sisson and stepfather, Johnny Sisson; father, Jeremy Holtzclaw, Jr.; son, Kash Holtzclaw; daughter, Presley Holtzclaw; grandfathers, Jerry Holtzclaw, Sr. and Troy Jamison; half-brother, Colton Holtzclaw; step-brother, Isaac Sisson; step-sister, Lacey Edwards; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Sheryl Holtzclaw and Laura Jamison.
Justin's family will receive friends at Smith & Miller Funeral Home on March 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in the chapel of Smith & Miller Funeral Home, with Brother Johnny Sisson officiating. Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating a life well-lived.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Robbie Williams, Kane McKinzey, Tyler Dobbs, Cody Barrett, Jake McCollum, Jonathan Dobbs, and David Williams.
