Mr. Robert Kevin Ramey, age 59, of Cedartown passed away Thursday, June 18, 2026.
He was born in Rome, Georgia November 17, 1966, son of Robert “Bobby” Lee Ramey and Darlene Cantrell Ramey.
Kevin loved nature and the forest that backed up to his house. Sitting on the porch was his favorite pastime. He was very creative and enjoyed working with his hands. He had a great love for motorcycles and was a skilled carpenter and metal worker. Whatever he created came from his heart. Kevin was an incredibly gifted musician and music was a huge part of his life. He played the harmonica, tambourine, juze harp, piano, drums, and especially loved playing his guitar. Kevin may have appeared tough on the outside, but on the inside was a big soft heart. If any person or one of God’s creatures needed help, he was quick to assist. Kevin took pride in his job as a locksmith and was one of the very best. He will be deeply and sadly missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert “Bobby” Lee Ramey; his daughter, Audrey Lee Ramey; his grandparents, Clinton and Dorothy Cantrell; and Erskin and Margeret Ramey.
