Baby Killian Ellsworth passed away Friday, October 22, 2021.
Killian was born October 22, 2021 to his mother, Tamara Carter and his father, Phelix Ellsworth.
Survivors include his parents: Tamara Carter and Phelix Ellsworth; sister: Lilah Ellsworth; grandparents: Tina and Tim Tucker and Dina and Scott Sampson along with several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Smith & Miller Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. John Redding officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the service hour on Saturday, November 6, 2021.
