Michael "Mj" Whatley

Mr. Michael "MJ" Whatley, age 18, of Cedartown passed away Sunday, January, 24, 2021.

Michael Jayshaun Whatley, son of Crystal Whatley and Michael Dulaney, was born April 19, 2002 in Rome, Georgia.

Michael was a Senior at Cedartown High School, and a member of the Cedartown Bulldogs. He was also a member of Future Farmers of America.

Michael is a member of Springhill Baptist Church, Silver Creek, Georgia.

MJ leaves to cherish his life, his mother, Crystal Whatley-Strange; his father, Michael Dulaney; two sisters, Ansley Dulaney and Raja Carson; brother, Creelan Strange; grandmothers, Ophelia Williams and Mattie Dulaney; grandfathers; James Dulaney and Dexter Whatley; great-grandmother, Evelyn Whatley; seven step-siblings and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends that loved him dearly.

Services will be held Monday, February 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM on the Cedartown High School Memorial Stadium.
