Patrick Alden Tibbetts

Mr. Patrick Alden Tibbetts, age 75, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025. 

Mr. Tibbetts was born November 22, 1949, in Connersville, Indiana, son of the late Jerry Tibbetts and Margaret Jones Tibbetts. 

Mr. Tibbetts was a skilled computer engineer. He enjoyed traveling, and especially loved trips to the beach. He had a special interest in Hot Rod cars and was most relaxed when he was out fishing. Mr. Tibbets was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Mr. Tibbetts is survived by his daughter, Christina Marie Tibbetts; grandson, Hayden Tibbetts; sister, Diane Bentley and her husband, Dell; and nephews, Chad Lindley, and Kyle Lindley and his wife, Amanda. 

Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Patrick Alden Tibbetts will be held Friday, August 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Smith & Miller Funeral Home, with Bishop Jeff Maxwell officiating. Interment will follow in the family cemetery at Bentley Farm. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 12 Brown-Wright Honor Guard. 

Mr. Tibbetts' family will receive friends, also on Friday at the funeral home, from 12:00 PM until the service hour begins. 

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Kyle Lindley, Chad Lindley, and Landon Lindley.
