Randall Stephen Gossett

Mr. Randall Stephen Gossett, age 70, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Mr. Gossett was born January 10, 1956, in Rome, Georgia, the son of the late Donald Gossett and Ollie Mae Garrison Gossett.

Mr. Gossett was a loving family man and a great provider who always worked hard for the ones he loved. He loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding horses, and riding motorcycles. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who meant the world to him.

He will always be remembered for his big heart, his love of family, and the many memories he made with those he loved.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Gossett is preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca “Becky” Lewis; and brother, Hubert Gossett.

Mr. Gossett is survived by his sons: Mike Gossett and his wife, Annie, and Jason Gossett; grandchildren: Julia Gossett, Jaden Gossett, Zach Gossett, and Noland Gossett; great-granddaughter, Remi Gossett; the mother of his sons, Teresa Gossett; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private inurnment will be held in Howell Cemetery at a later date.
