Sarah “Ann” Kilgo

Mrs. Sarah "Ann" Kilgo, age 91, passed away, Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Ann was born January 16, 1934, in Elmore County, Alabama, daughter of the late Gunter Whetstone and Ethel Stone Whetstone.

Ann is remembered as a loving wife, and a caring and loving sister and friend. The family extends many thanks to her friend and caregiver, Gaynelle Owens, for her attentive love and care.

In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her loving husband of many years, Mr. Hugh Kilgo, four brothers, and three sisters.

Ann is survived by her sister, Linda Keeble and her husband, Ben; brother, Alex Whetstone and his wife, Dean; close friend and caregiver, Gaynelle Owens; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
