Mr. Timothy F. Reynolds, 56, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021.
He was born in Summerville, Georgia on March 26, 1964, the son of F.L. Bud Reynolds and Judy Bridges. Tim was a 1982 graduate from Chattooga High School. Most recently, he was a member of the Local Union 72. Tim was a pipefitter foreman who transitioned into the role of site safety. This role was perfect for Tim because he just wanted to make sure that everybody was okay. Tim’s passion was, and has always been, his family. He was so proud of the children he raised, and he loved his wife like no other. Tim was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was always the life of the party, and he loved his Georgia Bulldogs.
Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his son Logan Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife Tonia Reynolds, daughter Presley Reynolds, sons: Landon Reynolds and Connor Reynolds: father, F.L. Bud Reynolds: mother, Judy Bridges: sisters Fayla Vaughn, Tia Gable and Kim Stephens and brother Mitch Bridges.
Funeral services for Mr. Reynolds will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Smith and Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Joel A. Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Memory Gardens in Summerville, Georgia.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Bart Bryant, Britt Dillard, Michael “Smokey” Howell, Ken “Termite” Williams, Adam Allen, Dustey Bozeman, Lee Maulding, Eric Reynolds, Jacob Guest, and Landon Reynolds. Honorary pallbearers are Local Union 72 members, Matt Veatch, Steve McGill, and Brad Dillard.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Smith and Miller Funeral Home. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and the family request everyone please wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a college fund for his children, please direct your memorial contributions to any Coosa Valley Credit Union location or through PayPal at TReynoldsicloud@icloud.com. The family also request that you please bring photos that they may not have.
